At Duxbert, we want you to love your furniture. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, we'll make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect identified at delivery; or
- It was damaged during transit.
All claims must be submitted to support@duxbert.com within 24 hours of delivery, with photos documenting the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or natural material variations
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective or damaged)
- Clearance or final-sale items
2. How to Submit a Return
Email support@duxbert.com with:
- Your Duxbert order number
- Clear photographs of the defect and packaging
- Detailed description of the issue
- Date of delivery
All returns must include complete evidence and information. Incomplete submissions may not be processed.
3. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- Duxbert will arrange collection of the defective or damaged item (collection costs covered by Duxbert)
- You must retain all original packaging until collection is complete
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unless otherwise instructed
4. Refunds & remedies
Once a return is approved, Duxbert may, at our discretion:
- Replace the defective product with the same or comparable item
- Refund the full purchase price if replacement is not possible
Refund timeline
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of Duxbert receiving the returned product
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Optional services or product care fees are non-refundable

5. Consumer Rights - Change of Mind Returns
In addition to defect-based returns above, you have legal rights to return items purchased online:
European Union & United Kingdom
- 14-day cooling-off period from delivery date
- No reason needed to cancel your order
- Item must be unused and in original condition/packaging
- Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective)
- Full refund processed within 14 days of receiving returned item
Canada
- 7-10 day cancellation period (varies by province)
- Return conditions same as EU/UK above
United States
- 30-day return policy (Duxbert voluntary policy)
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective)
- 15% restocking fee may apply

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
- If the order has not yet shipped, contact support@duxbert.com to request a change or cancellation
- If the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible. Returns will follow the eligibility policy above
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after production begins
