Yes — sketches can be provided on request. Please note the drawing is approximate and final dimensions can vary slightly due to handmade production.

Yes — we can share approval photos before delivery/dispatch.

Custom-made pieces are produced to your specifications and are not eligible for cancellation or return once confirmed. (This matches how bespoke manufacturing is typically handled.)
