3. Product Information & Handmade Furniture
- We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, and pricing.

All furniture is handcrafted from 100% solid wood. Natural variations are an integral part of handmade products and include:
- Wood grain patterns, knots, and mineral streaks
- Color and texture variations
- Size variations (up to 5 cm/2 inches)
- Natural wood movement
- These characteristics are NOT defects but signs of authentic craftsmanship.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
If you do not appreciate natural variations as part of handmade furniture, our products may not be suitable for you. Please satisfy yourself before placing an order.

4. Ordering and Payment
- Orders must be placed through duxbert.com with full payment at checkout.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
- Duxbert reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in [currency] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the price at time of order confirmation.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout before order processing.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.

- Duxbert reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or payment authorization failure.

6. Bespoke & Custom Orders
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
- Bespoke products are exempt from change-of-mind returns.

7. Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries are governed by our Delivery Policy.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery information
- Ensuring someone is available to receive delivery
- Inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting issues within 24 hours
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy and Returns Policy.
Key points:
- Defects/damage: Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Change of mind: 14-30 days depending on your region (see Returns Policy)
- Bespoke items: Cannot be returned unless defective
9. Intellectual Property
All content on duxbert.com (text, images, logos, product descriptions, designs) is owned by or licensed to Duxbert.
You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written permission
- Use our images, logos, or content for commercial purposes
- Copy product descriptions or specifications

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Duxbert is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not responsible for:
- Delivery delays beyond our control
- Damage to property, fixtures, or fittings during delivery
- Installation, assembly, or removal costs
We do NOT limit liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Any matter where liability cannot legally be excluded
For defective products, remedies are limited to those in our Warranty Policy: replacement or refund.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, fires)
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Supplier or manufacturer failures
During such events, our obligations may be temporarily suspended.

- EU customers: Laws of your country of residence and EU consumer protection directives
- UK customers: Laws of England and Wales
